Common questions
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial through Google Play. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, Google Play starts your monthly subscription automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play, not by us. Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, choose The Forking Chronicles and tap Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. You can request one from your Google Play order history, or email us and we'll help point you in the right direction.
I got a new phone. Will my progress carry over?
Yes. Your bookshelf, reading progress, bookmarks and discovered endings are saved to your account. Sign in with the same Google account or email address on your new phone. A few display settings, like page-turn sound and auto-scroll, are stored on the device itself and will need setting again.
I restored my subscription but the app still says I'm not subscribed.
Make sure you're signed in to the Play Store with the same Google account you used to subscribe, then close and reopen the app. If it still doesn't work, email us with the approximate date you subscribed.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. Android comes first, and an iPhone version is planned as our next phase.
