How to delete your account and data for The Forking Chronicles, an app by Spectrum App Design.

How to request deletion

  1. Email spectrumappdesign@gmail.com with the subject line Delete my account.
  2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to the app, or include that address in your message.
  3. We'll confirm by email once your account has been deleted, within 30 days.
Cancel your subscription too. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop being charged, cancel in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.

What gets deleted

  • your account (sign-in email address and account ID)
  • your profile, including subscription status and free previews remaining
  • your bookshelf, reading progress and story choices
  • your bookmarks, unlocked endings and reading stats

What we keep

We don't keep any of your app data after deletion. Support emails you've sent us may be kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Google Play keeps its own records of your purchases under Google's policies.

Delete only some data

Want to keep your account but clear your reading history or stats? Email us and say what you'd like removed.

Settings stored on your phone, like page-turn sound and auto-scroll, are removed when you uninstall the app.
